Last Monday, I received a text message from an old friend - STARLA (not her real name, that's just one of the nicknames I gave her). I first knew her (Cinta) during our college orientation :) and if my memory serves me right, we gave her that name because her accessories had stars in them (not to mention, she had twinkling eyes, na halos di mo na makita pag tumatawa na sya.) She's been one of my close buddies in college. (She calls me cellibee and I call her cintababy)
Going back to the text message, she just wanted to meet up for dinner. Most of the time, unplanned dinners/invites are the ones that does push thru (hehe), so around 9:30pm we met up at the Krocodille Grill in the Shangrila Mall. I later decided to call Danielle (to complete our trio). We easily filled in the 3hrs with stories about what happened to us after college. Old Flames, our college professors, common friends were also some of the topics that we talked about... and it was fun reminiscing those with my best buds.
