Every weekend I get the luxury of being with Jannet, Alyssa and Allan. Their company is one of the things that make me feel excited about being in Germany. The warmth and hospitality of their family, makes me feel at home... ;)
They picked me up today from the apartment at Feuerbachstrasse around 1pm. The weather was really nice - warm and sunny. A perfect day for a stroll. We went to the Main River Fair to watch the regatta and check out the stalls lined up on the riverside. Jannet and I share several common interests -- and shopping is definitely on our list. :) There were various things sold on the bazaar, and we were so preoccupied with checking out each booth that we barely noticed that we have already walked for 4hrs straight. Souvenirs and food stalls with different types of food were sold (Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, etc..). We tried to look for a booth with Filipino food, but failed to find any. :( While Jannet, Allan and I were busy checking out the stuff sold at the fair, the little angel with us looked a bit bored... A lot of people in the fair would smile whenever they would see Alyssa. How could one not smile back at a baby as cute as her? :)
